Motorhome Rentals Lexington SC - Terms & Conditions

Minimal Rental Requirements
We have a 3 day minimum rental period for most of the year. Some holiday weekends are subject to a 4 day minimum rental period.

Mileage
Miles are charged at 35 cents per mile.

Additional Charges (may apply)
     Water Tanks
    The motorhome must be returned with emptied gray and black water tanks to avoid a $25 dump fee.

Reservation Deposit
A $300 reservation deposit is required at the time you reserve your rental. This deposit is applied directly to the total cost of renting the RV or trailer.

Security Deposit
A $1,000 security deposit is also required. If the rental is returned damaged, additional charges may be incurred by the renter. If there is no damage to the rental, the security deposit will be returned to the renter.

Late Fees
Unless we have agreed to extend the return time a late fee will be assessed. Keep in mind that the motorhome may be booked to go out again on another rental on the same day that you are due to return it.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel more than 14 days in advance of your reserved departure date, you will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee and be refunded the balance of your security deposit.

If you cancel within 14 days of your reserved departure date, you will forfeit the entire $300 reservation fee.

Insurance
Insurance is $17 per day (motorhomes only). This is not related to the security deposit and does not contribute toward any necessary deductible payments.
